What happens when you visit
Cloudflare, Inc. delivers this website for us. To deliver a page, Cloudflare has to process the technical details of your request: your IP address, the page you asked for, the time, and the information your browser sends with every request, such as its type and preferred language.
We have not switched on request logging or visitor analytics for this site, and we keep no access logs of our own. Cloudflare processes the data to deliver the pages and to protect the site against misuse and attacks, bound by its data processing agreement with us.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in delivering this website securely and reliably.
Reports about failed connections
If a page fails to load, your browser may send Cloudflare a short report about the failed connection. This web standard is called Network Error Logging. The report goes directly to Cloudflare and contains technical details such as the address that failed, the time and the kind of error. Cloudflare uses these reports to keep its network reliable, on the same legal basis as above.
No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. It uses no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. Every page brings its own text, pictures and fonts, so your browser loads nothing from other services.
Processing outside the European Union
Cloudflare runs a worldwide network, so your request may be processed outside the European Union, including in the United States. Cloudflare, Inc. is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, for which the European Commission has adopted an adequacy decision under Article 45 GDPR.
When you write to us
If you email us, we use your address and your message only to answer you and to deal with what you asked. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where your message concerns a contract with us or steps before one, and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in answering you. We delete your message once it is no longer needed, unless commercial or tax law requires us to keep it longer.
How long data is kept
We keep no data about your visit. Cloudflare keeps request data only as long as it needs to deliver the site and keep it secure; its privacy policy explains the details.
Your rights
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you (Article 15 GDPR), to have it corrected (Article 16) or erased (Article 17), to restrict its processing (Article 18), to receive it in a portable format (Article 20), and to object to processing based on our legitimate interests (Article 21). To use any of these rights, write to info@bitspark.com.
You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority (Article 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
